Conference: Friday and Saturday, 27 and 28 May 2011

Early booking rate (by 1 April 2011): 490,- €
Regular rate: 595,- €
Speaker rate: 165,- € (Für jeden angenommenen Vortrag wird nur ein Referentenrabatt gewährt.)
(Only one speaker discount will be granted for each accepted oral and/or poster contribution)
Poster presenter rate: 320,- €
iPHA members and affiliates discount: 30,- €
Student discount: 50% (Full-time students only; copy of ID card must be enclosed with registration)

Should participation be limited to just one day of the event, the conference fee is reduced accordingly

Business Terms and Conditions of the 15th International Passive House Conference Framework Programme - Passive House Basics Course, Wednesday, 25.05.2011:

1. Registration
Registrations must be submitted online. Registrations are binding and will be processed in the order in which they are received. The number of participants is limited. After registration, you will receive an invoice. A student discount can only be granted if a copy of the student ID card has been enclosed with registration. A discount for iPHA-members and affiliates can only be granted if the membership has been carried out before course registration. Only those who have paid the applicable fees in full will be admitted to the course. Cancellation is not possible and no refund will be granted for no-shows, but a substitute participant may be named.

2. Services
The scope of services includes: lunch at the canteen of the University of Innsbruck and two coffee breaks. The organisers reserve the right to make any necessary changes to the programme.

3. Cancellation, restriction of liability In the event that the Passive House Basics Course must be cancelled, the participants will be notified immediately and will be reimbursed for the participation fee already paid. The liability of the organisers is limited to reimbursement of the paid participation fee only.

1. Registration
Registrations must be either submitted online or by fax/post. Registrations are binding and will be processed in the order in which they are received. The number of participants is limited. After registration, you will receive an invoice. The early booking discount can only be granted if both registration and payment are completed before 1 April 2011. Only those who have paid the applicable fees in full will be admitted to the conference. Only cancellations in writing will be accepted. All cancellations before 30 April 2011 will incur a €70 processing fee. No refund will be granted for no-shows and cancellations made after 30 April 2011, but a substitute participant may be named.

2. Services
The scope of services includes: the conference proceedings complete with conference presentations, lunch, coffee breaks and simultaneous translation into English at all German language sessions. The organisers reserve the right to make any necessary changes to the programme.

3. Cancellation, restriction of liability In the event that the 15th Passive House Conference must be cancelled, the participants will be notified immediately and will be reimbursed for the participation fee already paid.
