Passive House Kranichstein enjoys 15th anniversary

Early Octobre 1991 the Passive House in Darmstadt Kranichstein was occupied by four families. That will be celebrated on Octobre 7th 2006.

All passive components of this very first Passive House are fully working without any faults and without need for .maintenance since 15 years. And the energy consumptions is stable in the range of one tenth of the average value in Germany. .
