The Passive House Institute (PHI) works on research and development in the field of highly energy efficient systems. The Institute was the organizer of the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 7th, 9th, 10th and 12th Conference on Passive Houses and was partner of the 3rd., 5th, 6th, 8th and 11th.

The Vorarlberg Energy Institute has carried out groundbreaking projects on realisation of energy efficient construction in Austria. It was lready the organizer of the 3rd and 11th Passive House Conference.
